Join Our Practice: Music Therapist & Future Successor
Are you an entrepreneurial-spirited Music Therapist looking to work in a thriving, one-on-one private practice? Sheila Wall is looking for a dedicated professional to work alongside her, learn the nuances of her established practice, and eventually transition into an ownership role through a structured succession plan.
The Opportunity
This is not a "plug-and-play" corporate job; it is a mentorship designed for someone who wants to be their own boss. You won’t be "thrown into the middle of the lake." You will start by shadowing Sheila to understand the unique needs of her clients before gradually taking over specific cases.
- Clinical Focus: Work primarily with children (80% of the practice) and some adults, focusing on individualized, private treatment.
- Autonomy: We believe in clinical freedom; once you are comfortable, there is zero micromanagement. You determine what your sessions look like.
- Flexibility: You have the freedom to set your own appointments and manage your schedule.
- Business Model: This begins as a 1099 independent contractor position, providing a pathway to eventually purchase and grow a highly successful practice.
What We Are Looking For
- A Board Certified Music Therapist with a Wisconsin Music Therapy Registration (WMTR).
- Someone with the entrepreneurial drive to eventually own and operate a business.
- A professional who values accountability and deep, one-on-one therapeutic connections.
- Someone willing to engage in open communication regarding all aspects of the practice.
